4.Exceptions and hazards
- • Not cleaned: 1.5 m riser section between AP3 and AP4, enclosed behind plasterboard with no access panel. Agreed with the site manager before work began.
- • Recommendation: install an access panel on the riser before the next clean.
- • Hazard noted: baffle filters damaged at positions 2 and 5; replacement advised.
5.Recommended cleaning frequency
Heavy use (about 14 hours a day) and pre-clean readings up to 540 microns support a 3-month cleaning interval. Next clean due by 9 December 2026.
