Pro

Pro is a digital service: 30 days of unlimited use of the AI tools on Papercuts Tools, delivered instantly as a licence key after payment. Nothing is shipped. Pro has no subscription and nothing to cancel — it simply ends after 30 days unless you choose to buy again.

7-day refund on Pro

If Pro did not work for you — a tool errored, the key did not activate, or it just was not useful — email papercutstools@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay payment id (it starts with pay_). We refund the full amount, no questions asked, and deactivate the key.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method: INR through Razorpay, USD through the PayPal or Wise rail you paid with. They are issued within 2 working days of your email. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money typically appears in 5–7 working days.

Duplicate or accidental payments

Paid twice by mistake? Email us and we refund the duplicate in full, even after the 7-day window.

Services

The feasibility test, fixed-price builds and monitoring retainer are work done by Yug Chandak, not a digital product, so they have their own terms.

Feasibility test (₹5,000 / $75). The 48 hours run Monday to Friday and start when both the payment and a complete brief have arrived (plus the export, if one exists). If no written verdict has arrived by then, email papercutstools@gmail.com with your payment id and the fee is refunded in full. Once the verdict is delivered the fee is earned; it is credited against the build if you go ahead.

Builds. Each build is governed by the written scope you sign off before paying. That scope states the delivery date, what happens if the date is missed, and the 14-day fix window after delivery.

Monitoring retainer. Month-to-month. Cancel by email any time before the next billing date. Monitoring stops at the end of the paid month; the current month is not refunded.
