What you are buying

Pro is a digital service: 30 days of unlimited use of the AI tools on Papercuts Tools, delivered instantly as a licence key after payment. Nothing is shipped. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel — Pro simply ends after 30 days unless you choose to buy again.

7-day refund

If Pro did not work for you — a tool errored, the key did not activate, or it just was not useful — email papercliptools@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay payment id (it starts with pay_). We refund the full amount, no questions asked, and deactivate the key.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method within 2 working days of your email. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money typically appears in 5–7 working days.

Duplicate or accidental payments

Paid twice by mistake? Email us and we refund the duplicate in full, even after the 7-day window.
