Terms of Service

Papercuts Tools (“the Service”, “we”) is a collection of small developer utilities at https://papercuts.tools, operated by Yug Chandak, India. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Every tool can be used free of charge without an account, subject to a daily usage limit on the AI-backed tools (5 runs per day per device). Tools are provided as-is: they help you draft, format, analyse and triage, and you remain responsible for checking their output before relying on it.

2. Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase of $1 (or ₹89) that removes the daily limit on every AI tool for 30 days from the moment of payment. It is delivered as a licence key shown immediately after checkout. It does not auto-renew and no payment details are stored by us; when it expires you can buy another 30 days if the tools are still useful to you. A fair-use ceiling of 200 runs per day applies to Pro keys to keep the service affordable for everyone.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

3. Refunds

See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: if Pro did not work for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we refund it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to process data you are not allowed to process, to attack systems you are not authorised to test, to circumvent usage limits, or to resell access. The security-oriented tools (CVE triage, pentest report drafter) are for authorised testing and defensive work only. We may suspend keys used abusively.

5. Your content

What you paste into a tool is used only to produce the result you asked for. Inputs to AI tools are sent to our AI provider for that request and are not stored by us afterwards. See the Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
